As long as your ROD-L unit has been calibrated by ROD-L within the last 12 months, your unit is guaranteed. If repairs are needed, ROD-L will perform the service free of charge. ROD-L offers an incentive based lifetime warranty to: 1) increase safety, 2) maintain integrity of factory settings, and 3) reduce operator costs.

We are dealing with dangerous voltages and current levels in these tests. Not only can an improperly calibrated or serviced unit cause severe injury, and even death, it can lead to an unsafe product in the hands of the consumer and raise your liability catastrophically.
Critical Integrity of Factory Settings
Inaccurate test results and defective products are the result of inadvertently changed factory settings. It is a fact that ROD-L units that have been sent to a third party for calibration have been sent back to the user with inadvertent changes in the original factory settings. Your unit is specific to your use. Calibration and service is not enough. Understanding your application is critical to service and repairs. In this regard, from original purchase and throughout your products lifetime, ROD-L remains your partner in safety.
Reduced Downtime & Costs
Did you know that often after you send your unit to a calibration lab, that lab ships your unit to ROD-L? We calibrate/repair your unit and send it back to the lab just to have them ship it back to you. Who pays for all of the middle men and shipping? You do!
Did you know that when you send your unit to a calibration lab for calibration and your unit needs repairs performed by ROD-L, we are obligated to charge the calibration lab? If you send your unit directly to ROD-L for calibration, you not only save on overhead shipping costs, all repairs are free of charge.
